Larry Krogh is the owner and broker, who oversees the day to day operations. Larry has appointed Rick Nielsen to be his Vice President of Production to make sure nothing is lost in the shuffle of his company. Rick works individually with many of the agents and works hand in hand with Larry to make sure General Pacific is run as a cohesive unit. Larry ensures that each client is given the best service and the negotiations are made with our clients' best interests.

Larry has several additional designations, which require more experience and studying than a typical agent. His designations are: GRI, CRS, ABR.

GRI: Graduate Realtor Institute; this is a designation which is the equivalent of a Certified Public Accountant designation. Less than 1% of agents hold this designation nationwide. This certifies the agent in all aspects of real estate from legal aspects to finance.

CRS: Certified Residential Specialist; a certification held by less than 1% of realtors nationwide.

ABR: Acredited Buyer Representative; a certification also held by less than 1% of realtors nationwide. Specializing in approving and qualifying buyers and how to obtain buyers through the internet.

General Pacific owns the rights to HouseHunt.com for Ventura and Santa Barbara, as well as being available through 2 dozen or more other sites where people would go to find homes in our area.

Larry was also recently voted by HouseHunt.com to their 2008 Hall of Fame, He was also the top commission agent for house hunt in 2004.
